Our tools for infant feeding success:

  • Calm

Tap into your baby’s nervous system to bring out a relaxed, happy baby who is able to learn, feed, interact, and sleep.

  • Know

From understanding different care providers to feeding positions and the right exercises to do with your baby, I equip you with the knowledge to navigate a fussy or tongue-tied baby.

  • Address

We address tightness and movement of both the mouth and the whole body of your infant. This includes pre-release stretching and post-op exercises and wound care. You’ll be surprised to see how closely movement in the tongue is related to movement and relaxation in the whole body.

  • Adapt

Skip hours researching what's out there. Together, we’ll explore options to support your child’s oral-motor development and feeding. Think of customized suggestions for pacifiers, bottles, breastfeeding products, and toys for your baby’s specific needs.

Know your options. Feed your baby. Enjoy your moments together.

  • "Ashley was such and amazing therapist and support person while navigating my sons tongue tie and regulation issue journey. It was very hard to find a therapist trained in oral motor dysfunction in the area and I am so glad we found her. She was able to provide the hands on body work my son needed as well as teach me oral motor exercises and ways to help him self regulate. Thanks to her my almost 5 month old LOVES tummy time and is such a happier baby. She always followed up each session with a detailed email recapping information discussed and was available with any questions I had between appointments. On top of it all she took the time to encourage and support me as a new mom going through a difficult time, which went a long way in making this journey feel less lonely. Couldn’t recommend her more!"

  • "This class was amazing!! Not only did I love connecting with the other moms but loved watching my daughter grow every week alongside the other babies. What a miracle to watch them all become stronger and more coordinated. Ashley really helped educate us so we could navigate practicing these methods at home daily. There was so much I learned that I don’t think I would’ve been comfortable doing by myself at home. I felt confident having her guide my baby and into all her new movements and today she has mastered sitting and crawling way earlier than I thought she would!! Thank you, Ashley!!"

  • "Thank you Ashley for the help with Tummy Time! We really enjoyed the class! Our son is quite big for a newborn, and he was struggling to pick up his head on his tummy. We started the class at 6 weeks old and 4 weeks later he’s picking up his head, turning to both sides, and starting to roll! I’ve seen so much improvement for him and it’s now a fun family activity to do at home! Thanks again!"
